JR is Alex's little pocket rocket.
He stands at just 15.2 but has the personality & heart to make up for what he lacks in size. Alex was lucky enough to get the ride on him from Brian Morrison (Global Event Horses) at the end of 2018 thanks to her loyal and long term owner and supporter Ellie Guy.
She believed in us as a combination and shares Alex's goal to be qualified and competing at 5* by the end of 2021 with JR.

Five is Alex's baby.
She has ridden him since he was a green (cheeky) 4yo and has progressed him up the levels from BE90 to being ready to tackle his first Advanced. He is well established at 3* level and has shown huge bravery and scope to continue moving up the grades. He is 48% Thoroughbred and gallops for fun and is a very careful jumper.
Alex has learnt an awful amount in producing him and is still learning, and is eternally grateful to his owner for giving her the time and support to do so.

Mustard is the yard monkey.
His physical size reflects the size of his ego, but we wouldn't have him any other way. He came from Global Event Horses as a 5yo and has taken to his eventing career well. Despite 2020 being a bit of a write off year he managed to squeeze in his first Intermediate run and his first long format at Bicton in the CCI2*L and finished very well posting a 28 double clear.
As he is such a big horse, Alex is being patient with his learning speed, but she has thinks the world of him and believes he has every capability to reach the top levels.

Ghandalf is the King of the yard.
His record speaks for itself and he was Alex's leg up onto the British Young Rider teams where he amassed huge success and brought home back to back individual medals in 2017 and 2018.
He also gave Alex her first experience of the level above youth teams and carried her around her first Advanced and both of theirs first 4*. On their second run at this level they won internationally, leading from start to finish.
Sadly, this is where his career ended. A small injury put a stop to his work and Alex felt it fairest that once all avenues of treatment had been explored and exhausted, he was allowed to retire comfortable and happy.
He owes us nothing and will live out his days like he deserves.

Kiwi is Charlotte’s younger horse and is a perfect princess! Charlotte has produced Kiwi from a 4 year old at BE90 all the way to Novice. This combination has had many ups and downs over the years but just from learning with each other and putting in a lot of training and practice, they have come out of it with a brilliant partnership. Kiwi is a delicate 15.2h but she has a heart of gold and Charlotte is hoping to do so much more with her!

LEONARDO DE LUX
Leo is Charlotte’s more experienced horse. He is a super star! Despite being slightly quirky on the ground Leo knows his job and once you point him at a fence he’s there before you know it. Charlotte was very lucky to have Alex give Leo to her in order for her to gain experience. Alex had previously competed him at 3*. Charlotte has slowly worked her way up the levels and has now completed her first CCI2*L with him and has gained a lot of valuable experience in this journey.
